Creating Your First Character

There are a couple steps in creating your first character, you need to select your server, pick a side, and most importantly pick the class you want to play!

Server Selection

There are 3 server types currently:

• Core - You are flagged PvP only in RvR.
• Role-playing (RP) - Players are encouraged to roleplay their character, these servers usually have a more mature base.
• Open Realm vs Realm - PvP flagged in all zones, players are only safe for their first few levels and in RvR you can enter at a higher level without being turned into a chicken.

Picking A Side
This is a pretty simple step,
Do you want be on the Evil Side? Select Destruction.
Do you want to be on the good side? Pick Order.


Next, Pick Your Career!

Careers fall into one of 4 archetypes:
Melee DPS - For those who like to be in the front lines of the action at all times.

• Witch Hunter (Order - Human)
• White Lion (Order - High Elf)
• Slayer (Order - Dwarf)
  
• Marauder (Destro - Chaos)
• Witch Elf (Destro - Dark Elf)
• Choppa (Destro - Greenskin

Ranged DPS - For those who prefer to stay out of the fray and pick off enemies from afar, using missile weapons and magic.

• Bright Wizard (Order - Human)
• Engineer (Order -Dwarf)
• Shadow Warrior (Order - High Elf)
• Magus (Destro - Chaos)
• Sorcerer (Destro - Dark Elf)
• Squid Herder (Destro - Greenskin)

Healer - Team based players who support and enhance other characters.

• Warrior Priest (Order- Human)
• Archmage (Order - High Elf)
• Runepriest (Order- Dwarf)
• Disciple of Khaine (Destro - Dark Elf)
• Shaman (Destro - Greenskin)
• Zealot - (Destro - Chaos)

Tank - Hard to kill characters who place themselves in the line of fire to draw damage away from other players.
